Resize

Resize is a quick and dirty tool to resize one or more Bitmap or JPEG images. The images can be reduced (or enlarged) by percentage, allowing you to maintain overall proportions. In addition, you can also specify the level of JPEG compression, and view the images with the internal viewer. The program is not much to look at, but very simple to use; the output files are automatically renamed with a small_ prefix, so your original files are not modified at all.
